Mauro and Elena, who have always been passionate about horses and horse riding, decide to start an activity together that allows them to live their dream every day.
Thus opens Horse & green, a well-kept and elegant shop in the center of Desenzano, with the aim of offering customers excellent quality products, a range that covers all the wishes of customers and enthusiasts, always looking for new products and brands.
In 2010 the collaboration with the French brand Sellerie Butet begins. Saddles made by hand, made to measure, of the highest quality, which require an important commitment from Mauro and Elena in terms of study and training. They participate in courses with veterinarians and osteopaths to specialize in fitting.
This commitment allows them to get closer to top level riders and to Mauro to become a specialized consultant for important professionals worldwide. They thus have the opportunity to present the Butet saddles in international events: Global Champions Tour, World Cup stages such as Piazza di Siena and numerous international engagements.
Over the years Mauro becomes an important saddle fitter. With his experience, he supports top level riders to help them achieve level performance.
And in 2017 the new store arrives. A mega store of 600 square meters where many items are displayed. The Butet brand is joined by the CWD brand, the best known brand of tailored saddles in the world. Horse&Green can therefore offer its customers the best range of products on the market with the most qualified advice.
Mauro works as a saddle fitter and provides consultancy throughout Italy.
