Request a return

To request a return it is essential to fill in the form you find on this page. It must reach Horse & green from the website. Verbal, telephone or whatsapp and social media requests are not accepted.

Using the form, indicate the reason for the return:

• Replacement by size, color or model
  In this case you can decide whether to proceed with the replacement, the voucher or the refund. The cost of shipping the product you want to return will be at your expense (even if the initial shipping costs were free).
• The product received is different from the one ordered
  Indicate in the form: “I have received unsolicited products“, the return service will be free. You can decide whether to replace the product received with another or with another size, or request a refund; in the latter case we will re-credit the entire value of the product and the proportional part of the shipping costs.
• The product received is defective
  Indicate in the form: “I have received a defective product“ and we will return it free of charge. You can decide whether to replace the product received with another, or request a refund; in the latter case we will re-credit the entire value of the product and the proportional part of the shipping costs.

Prepare the package

Insert the goods in the original packaging making sure that it is in perfect condition. The item must be returned unused, with original labels and complete in all its parts.

You can rely on your trusted courier or request collection by the DHL courier by calling the number 199 199 345. Or, you can take it directly to the nearest collection point. You can find it at this link the collection point closest to your home.
As soon as the package arrives in our warehouses, it will be checked to see the status of the returned item. The shipping costs for returning the items are charged to the customer.

Choose the Refund Method

Replacement

You can replace the item by size, color and model. After having returned the items as indicated above and after our verification of the condition of the goods, you can indicate the item with which you want to replace. The costs for the return and the new shipment of the items are charged to the customer.

Refound

As required by the current legislation Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal.
If the returned items comply with the return conditions, you will receive a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouses. The refund will be made via Paypal or bank transfer. Tale rimborso è da intendersi per il solo costo degli articoli resi e non per il costo della spedizione, anche quando gratuita.

In case of damaged items or that do not comply with the aforementioned return conditions, Horse & Green reserves the right to return the purchased item to the sender with consequent shipping costs.

Gift card

If you do not wish to replace the item but also do not want to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, Horse & Green gives the possibility to obtain a refund by means of a voucher of the value of the returned item. After returning the items as indicated above and after we have verified the status of the goods, you will receive a code via email to be used on a future purchase. The value of the voucher is intended only for the value of the returned item and not for the first shipping costs.
