Orders:
  • 1. How can I order?

    Choose the product and configure size and color according to your needs, finally choose the quantity and click "Add to cart". Proceed to checkout by going to the shopping cart page and entering your discount coupon if you have one. Then complete the purchase on the checkout page by entering your shipping and billing information and the purchase method you want to use.

    It is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended to create an account to improve your shopping experience on the site.

  • 2. How do I request an invoice?

    At the time of Checkout, ask to enter a different billing address than the shipping address and specify in it all the information to send you the invoice. If you are buying from outside Italy, contact support after your purchase to send all the legals documents necessary for the export of your order.

    If you have not created an account you can use the link in the email following the order confirmation to track your package, alternatively write to Supporto Clienti for assistance.

  • 2. How much is shipping?

    All shipments over € 100.00** on the Italian territory are free.

    For shipments under € 100 the shipping price varies according to the country of residence and is calculated automatically according to DHL rates.

    **Some products have fixed shipping prices, which must be paid regardless of the order total.

  • 3. What are the shipping times?

    If your order uses fast shipping, shipping times vary from 2 to 5 days on the Italian territory, depending on your area of residence. For other orders the shipping time is the same as that of the item within the order with the longest shipping time.

  • 4. Which courier do you use?

    The shipments are managed with the couriers DHL and Bartolini, based on the composition of your order and the rates of the couriers.
